Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was wonderful, being in the quieter Boat Station 3 and directly on the beach, with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The rooms, unfortunately, lacked proper cleaning and maintenance, with worn-out furniture and poor quality fixtures causing some inconvenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with the exception of one less enthusiastic team member. Dining options were satisfactory, offering some Japanese and Korean dishes that my husband and I enjoyed, although the breakfast could have been more varied. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in a great location, right on the beachfront and close to various food stalls. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and work well, despite the nearby construction site. The service is friendly but could improve in terms of comfort, especially with hard and seemingly cheap furnishings. The hotel's location is convenient, being near a night market and the main road, although it may not suit those looking for a quieter environment as it's not in Station 2. The dining options are satisfactory, but the daily buffet might become monotonous, especially if you prefer a different breakfast style. The hotel offers a pool and is within walking distance of the beach and various eating places, providing a good overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, being near the beach; however, the room lacked a view and had some issues. The service was friendly, but with room for improvement in English skills. The dining options were limited but decent, and the facilities had their strengths and weaknesses.
The hotel offers a good view of the pool and the beach, although the rooms are not truly cleaned daily and show signs of wear and tear. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Marlon who stood out. The location is fantastic right on the beach but disturbed by loud music. The dining experience is average, with limited menu choices. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel is in a wonderful location in Boracay.
The hotel's location by the beach in Station 3 is fantastic, providing a quieter atmosphere. Although the rooms are clean and of average size, I had issues with the air conditioning not cooling the room effectively and encountered ants. The service was welcoming and polite, with attentive staff addressing any concerns promptly. The dining experience offered a mix of Filipino and Chinese dishes, though some were bland. The loud music played until 10 pm affected the otherwise nice location. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, but lacks variety in dishes.
